We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to fill a contract to hire role. Candidate must have at 
least 2 years of experience with Linux because he/she will be in a Linux (and partial Microsoft) environment. 

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Networking/System/PC Troubleshooting
  • Technical Phone Support
  • Remote Desktop
  • Some Linux development
  • Software / Hardware Testing
  • Software / Hardware Installation

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Linux
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Position requires excellent multi-tasking skills, patience, tact, the ability to handle pressure and ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
